  • Request a copy of the contract. This is also a way to notify the selling agent that you are an interested party and will ensure you are not left behind should negotiations unfold.
  • Connect with your solicitor or conveyancer. They will guide you through the contract. Their advice can be an invaluable investment. 
  • Ask for building and pest inspections. Some can be provided, but if they haven’t been provided by the owners, this can also be organised by the buyers for peace of mind.
